Once it is done syncing the entire account to your main drive, then you can go in and add a new sync location and delete the default one. Doesn't allow you to set a sync destination other than the main drive when initially installing the Megasync Client. Little 10kb files will take hours to sync.

For some reason, gets hung up on tiny files ALL THE TIME. That seems like an odd thing to not care about.

Mega just pretends one computer's update doesn't exist, and their FAQ says quite simply 'don't try it'. Dropbox will create new labeled versions of files like "CrazyImportantDocument(Specific Computer Name - Date Created).pdf" to accompany the normal "CrazyImportantDocument.pdf". Multiple computers syncing to the same account at the same time results in lost files. The one thing I loved about Dropbox was the little green check marks it put on files in the Dropbox folder, confirming that it had synced those files.

It has a "force full scan" button, but all it does is restart the program. It updates every time the program starts, and has no settings to change that fact of life.
